Information on visa and entry requirements for Belgium are available here. Participants can apply for an invitation letter after the online registration procedure. Invitation letters are only issued for registered participants.

Certificate of Enrollment: The university's certificate of enrollment for the current semester or academic year may be provided as proof of status as a PhD student.
